Real Malaysian guesthouse deployment

Rivermoon Kuantan: self check-in after midnight.

One Classic Kiosk M150 connects identity verification, payments, deposits, keycards and hotel systems for this 11-room Kuantan guesthouse—so routine late arrivals no longer depend on the operator answering calls throughout the night.

Start with operations

More than placing a kiosk: solving the late-arrival handoff.

The deployment began with the guesthouse’s actual overnight arrival, payment and key-handover process, then connected the standard guest steps into one self-service path.

01 / CONTEXT

Overnight arrivals needed a consistent path

Previously, late-arriving guests called about room availability, transferred payment and waited for the operator to send the key-mailbox code.

02 / DESIGN

Standard steps brought into one M150

The flow covers reservation lookup, NRIC or passport scanning, facial verification, payments, deposits, receipts, and keycard issuance and return.

03 / RESULT

“At night, I can rest instead of answering calls.”

The kiosk handles standard registration steps while the operator remains available for exceptions or guests who need assistance.

Deployment evidence

Guests using the kiosk are the clearest deployment evidence.

The photograph records guests using the M150 touchscreen at Rivermoon Kuantan, retaining the key boxes, entrance setting and real operating context.
