Start with operations

The arrival problem shapes the deployment.

The equipment, integrations and staff handoff are described for this property. Operational observations do not promise the same result at every hotel.

01 / CONTEXT

A clearer handoff between guests, the front desk and finance

Management wanted a more modern arrival experience, less waiting at registration, more accurate guest records and clearer financial reporting. The project began with these operating needs.

02 / DEPLOYMENT

Self-service and staff service work together

Four M50 units and two M150 units support standard identification, facial verification, payment, bank-card deposit collection, keycards and receipts. Staff can assist guests and handle exceptions alongside the kiosk journey.

03 / OBSERVATIONS

More accurate records and remote management visibility

The reported operating changes include more accurate front-desk guest records, less need for staff to wait for every routine night arrival, and management in Taiwan being able to review performance through MythAsia PMS.
